- Take boiled and partially cooled chickpeas in a mixture grinder
- Add about quarter of your Amrutva black tahini
- Add a bit of chilled water
- Drops of fresh lemon & salt to taste
- A spoon full of olive oil
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- You can also add crushed roasted cumin or any spices and churn it to have a creamy, tasty and healthy Black hummus ready!
