  • Take boiled and partially cooled chickpeas in a mixture grinder
  • Add about quarter of your Amrutva black tahini
  • Add a bit of chilled water
  • Drops of fresh lemon & salt to taste
  • A spoon full of olive oil
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • You can also add crushed roasted cumin or any spices and churn it to have a creamy, tasty and healthy Black hummus ready!
