Tahini is a middle-eastern condiment made from toasted ground hulled sesame. It is served by itself (as a dip) or as a major ingredient in hummus, baba ghanoush and halva. Tahini has a smooth texture and a rich taste and is also used as a flavoring agent and thickener for sauces and dressings.

Description
Our Tahini (sesame sauce) is made from selected premium quality sesame seeds which are de-hulled by a chemical-free process.
After de-hulling, these seeds are thoroughly cleaned and sortexed. They are then uniformly roasted and finely stone milled (stone grinded) into a fine creamy paste.
This paste is abundant in natural oils and flavours of sesame seeds, ensuring an authentic and exceptional nutty taste.
