Natural sesame seeds mainly have popular 3 varieties:

Sesame Seeds

Natural white sesame seeds are the most basic form of sesame seeds that naturally originate from the plant Sesamum Indicum L. They are flat, pear-shaped seeds with an off-white color and are available year around.

Natural Golden Sesame Seeds

Natural Golden sesame seeds are a variety of sesame seeds that resemble the toasted seeds of white sesame. They have somewhat milder flavor but are still tasty and appealing.

Natural Black Sesame Seeds

Natural black sesame seeds are somewhat similar to white sesame seeds as they too, naturally originate from the plant Sesamum Indicum L. These seeds are small, flat, very dark in color and have a mild nutty flavor with a hint of bitterness.
